    Międzypaństwowy Komitet Lotniczy (MAK) w Moskwie przekazał stronie polskiej dokumenty dotyczące kontrolerów lotów z lotniska Siewiernyj w Smoleńsku, którzy pracowali tam 10 kwietnia - w dniu katastrofy samolotu Tu-154M.
